莫桑比克发布公告，为了加强确保产品的质量，保护公众免受不合格的产品对公共健康、安全与环境的危害，自2023年5月24日起，运往的莫桑比克管制清单内的产品都需要执行莫桑比克装船前符合性评估方案COC (Certificate of Conformity)。2023年5月24日起，若无CoC证书，可能会影响到港后清关。
  

涉及的管制清单包括但不限于
01. Toys, Sports Equipment, Gym and Recreation产品玩具，运动器材，健身房和娱乐

02. Electrical And Electronic Devices电气及电子设备
03. Automotive,Earth moving Machines and Related Products产品汽车，土方机械及相关产品
04 Cosmetics And Hygiene Products化妆品及卫生用品
05. Mechanical Systems,Appliances and Tools机械系统，设备和工具
06. Textiles, Leather, Plastic, Rubber and Related Products产品纺织品，皮革，塑料，橡胶和相关产品

07. Furniture And Other Wood Products家具和其他木制品
08. Kitchen Utensils, Crockery and Related Products厨房用具，陶器和相关产品
09. Paper, Stationery and Related Products纸张、文具及相关产品
10. Products Related to Protection and Safety与保护和安全有关的产品
11. Arts, Crafts and Related Products工艺品及相关产品
12. Food and Related Products食品及相关产品
13. Minerals Raw Materials and Chemicals矿物、原料和化学品

莫桑比克COC认证要求
1.每批进口商品都必须提交符合性证书;
2.符合性证书是用来确保货物清关的必要文件;
3.符合性证书确认产品符合相关的毛里塔尼亚技术要求和国家/地区或者国际标准;
4.莫桑比克政府将从进口商品中随机抽样检验来确认其符合性。

以下是莫桑比克COC的详细办理流程：
在发货前提交以下申请资料：
1) 产品的检测报告
2) 形式发 票（Proforma Invoice )
3) 装箱单 (Packing List)
4) 申请表（空白申请表由出证机构提供）

出证机构收到以上申请资料将进行文件评估，评估通过安排验货。
如验货没问题，出口商在装完柜后提交*终发 票箱单等*终文件申请出证。
